I bought a 2006 chevy mailbu from these guys couple of years ago. Recently took the car in for service so i can take the car to miami for a emergency trip to apply for a passport so i can travel on family emergency spend quite a bit of money after they try and tell me to do additional work on my car that was not needed. I have avoided taking my car to these people just have a sence that whenever I deal with them that i am been screwed. Anyways on the way to miami my check Engine light came on never came on before and i have a sick suspession they half fixed stuff so you will keep coming back. When i first purchased this car they promise me a 20 flat screen tv. Everytime i call to get the tv they gave me the biggest run around and when i go in it was even worse, or you have to talk to such and such it was rediculous, it's was crazy, ever felt like you getting screwed but can't do nothing about it. These guys definately will never get a recommendation from me and i know people who want to purchase cars and i make sure i tell them dont got there. bastards!!!

A few weeks ago (April 12) my husband and I went to Team Chevrolet dealership in Alpharetta that had advertised a used car we liked on Autotrader. We decided it was a good deal, signed the contract and brought the car home that day.
Because my husband is an immigrant from the UK and had just started full-time work, and in addition, my past credit history isn't great, (though our income level is more than sufficient to qualify, we were told), we knew we might end up paying a higher interest rate for a loan, which we made very clear to the salesman and the finance manager before we even looked at the car. We also told them several times that we were only willing to put $300 cash down. (The car, a 2003 Chev. Tracker, was only $5991, as listed on Autotrader and confirmed by the salesman when I called the day before) They presented us with a contract to finance the car, supposedly approved by a lender they work with that day. They assured us there was no problem paying $300 down and the payments were acceptable to us for the length of the loan, however they told us the listed price on the contract was going to be a bit higher due to lender's requirements' and
ended up being $7395. Being ignorant at the time of the many ways these car dealers take advantage of unsuspecting people, I didn't question that aspect of the contract, thinking the listed price is the way to get you into the dealership so they can suck all they can out of the customer.
We still thought we were getting an OK deal out of it, so we signed it and and felt fortunate to get a loan with little money down, despite our circumstances.
On Tuesday,April 22, I got a call from the dealership's finance manager saying we had to pay another $1300 cash in order to keep
the car because the lender wouldn't finance the car under the terms of the contract. I now know, after talking to an auto finance com

I had my vehicle serviced at the service department. I was stranded at a local mall and they came out and picked me up and had my car towed there and then repaired it. They were absolutely fantastic!!

I just bought a used Volvo from this dealership while the price was fair they didnt have any room for give. They gave me an equitable trade-in, but in order to close the deal THEY TOLD ME THE CAR HAD A FULL SERVICE. Turns out the oil filter was old brittle and unchanged, the oil was supposed to be Mobil One synthetic but it was pure black and smelled gassy, there was no air filter in the engine, the transmission fluid was dirty and it turned out the filter was unchanged. I also had to purchase an extra key, they only had one, they offered to get me one for their cost $215.00 I got two keys from a Volvo dealer for $188.00 $27.00 less than they were going to charge for one. And to top things off The Pay-Off on my Trade was $51.00 lower than figured in the deal the Finance person told me that they had sent my Credit union a CHECK for $7300.00 and that I owed them the 51.00 back because they overpaid. My C.U. sent them the TITLE , NO CASH pased except for $2300.00 from the C.U. and my 1594.00 down payment.
So after I was out 188.00 for keys $65.00 for Syn Oil and a NEW filter and $75.00 for syn tranny fluid and filter. They screwed me out of $51.00 then tried to do a number trick to show that they were shorted or that the C.U owed the $$ and they were blameless

Buying a car isn't usually fun. The haggling is enough to make anyone annoyed. We bought a minivan from this place though. It was used, it was perfect for our family. There were no car mats in the car. With kids, we knew we'd need them so we asked that they be included with the deal. The salesman wrote this on the deal slip. When it came time to pick up the car, there were no mats, he finally got us some cheap $2 mats. We argued and argued that this was not acceptable. We wanted the mats that came with the car. They guy tried to tell us that one of his other salesman friends was a manager (he wasn't) so we got nothing from him. We went back to speak to a manager when the guy still tried to get out of the deal but eventually got us our car mats. It was like pulling teeth though and the whole process revealed some conniving and dishonest staff.
