Wow, thinking about Tokyo City's lunchbox makes me want to get up and go there right now. The lunch special goes until 3-3:30. If you get there at the tail-end you can usually convince them to make you one. You get to pick and entree, an appetizer, a salad, a rice side, and soup, all for 6.25 or something after tax. You can pick, california rolls, vegetable tempura, beef or chicken, tofu, pork, seaweed salads...it's a huge amount of excellent food for an amazing price. Their sushi and suchimi to order are good too, and not that expensive. There are other places that are better and along with that are more expensive, but no place has a good a lunch special as Tokyo City. No way.
