For the first time..I'm going to use FB in an effort to warn everyone of the UNSCRUPULOUS dealings of HERB CHAMBERS OF BOSTON'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They are unethical, dishonest,and unprincipled. My next stop is the Better Business Brueau!

I had to get my car towed to this Herb Chambers BMW, which has a very convenient location. Unfortunately it took them a long time to diagnose my car's problem, and were even wrong the first time so that I had to come in unnecessarily. A few times they also promised to call me back with updates, and never did, so I had to call them instead. In their defense I think they were very busy at the time, but it was still pretty annoying. When I did get my car back it worked perfectly again, but I had to wait there for an unduly long time at pick-up for them to bring my car and the other things I needed. Basically, they did their job well, but in their own time, which didn't match up very well with mine.
