We felt very confident when we used O'Brien's for our move. The movers were careful with our items, but also quick overall. The furniture was all wrapped in plastic and the wardrobe boxes are extremely convenient. The only negative was that we were quoted a rate and it was not explained that if we were UNDER that rate the price would not change (we were told if we moved some of the heavier items ourselves we could save some money). If you can afford it, let O'Brien's do all of the packing for you...but it is quite a bit more expensive then doing it yourself. We packed things ourselves and the most difficult part was running around looking for free boxes.
