I went there and got a retainer to help among other things a jaw problem I have (TMJ). At first, they were nice. But recently I was in the hospital for awhile and couldn't use my retainer, and once I got out I couldn't wait to get it readjusted so I could use it again (my teeth had moved since the hospital visit, I was in there awhile!). I called this place several times expressing that I wanted to get my retainer readjusted. I kept calling back, being polite, mentioning that I was in a lot of pain and wanted to use the retainer to reduce my pain. But it's been about a month and they haven't called me back. I'm just so annoyed that they don't seem to care about how much pain I'm in. I now have an appointment with another orthodonist and may need to pay for another retainer with them. I would never go back to this particular orthodontist again.

Dr. Bernardich is an orthodontist specializing in othdontics for children and adults. She runs an excllent practice that is very patient friendly. CHildren are treated with quality care. The staff always tries to make you comfortable. The office manager is also very efficient and runs a tight ship. they are very flexible in their billing practices and try to work with the patient.
