Randy contacted me the day I submitted my request, and inspected the problem on site soon after. I was impressed by his thorough inspection of the chimney and roof area where water was leaking in ... he even took photos to show us areas we could not see from the ground. His report was that the chimney was sound (my biggest fear eliminated), but improper roofing around the chimney was causing water to back up under the shingles. His proposed solution was complete and reasonable so we agreed. Work was completed the day promised and aside from shiny new flashing, one can't tell we had to have the roof repaired. VERY pleased - five stars!
