I brought my girl friend there for her birthday. They started to "hint" us to leave after one hour. Then later on, the waitress came to us and said we stay there for too much time and should leave. My girl friend and I usually like to talk a lot during dinner and we have never experience such bad service.
If you want a happy night, don't ever think about this place. Any other buffet is better than this.

Gold Coast Buffet (formerly known as World Buffet) is okay. Everyone I know seems to love this Asian buffet, but I'm just not that into it. They offer a wide buffet selection of Asian/Chinese food (stir fry, sushi, noodles, soups, etc.), but they also have some "American" dishes like pizza and french fries (which is good for the kids). The quality of the food isn't the greatest (some dishes look old and the less popular ones aren't as fresh), and some of the more popular items tend to go fast (tempura, crab, sushi). They have a private room if you have a large party. Sometimes they may offer coupons in the mail, so be on the look out. Drinks are not included in the price of the buffet. Overall, it's okay, but I won't go out of my way to eat there.

Even though the restaurant is called World Buffet, there is mostly Asian dishes. They have a lot of Chinese food and even a sushi bar (with a donation tip jar). The admission is about 8 dollars. They have fruits but they are not too big on the dessert selection. The best thing is that they hold banquets unlike other buffet places.

Well not the best buffet but it will do. It's average and I would not say the service is that great either. They do not refill the food automatically Someone has to request it which I find weird. But sometimes they do it for you without asking but still, it can be a bit slow if you know what I mean. The prices are okay but I would prefer a regular restaurant over this one.

The place is like an extended Panda Express with some American food. The clam chowder soup was great. The sushi was awesome. However, some of the food does taste bad. But then again, it's all in our taste buds and our own unique taste of foods. The place is real popular and the business attracts more Americans/Hispanics than Asians since us Asians know what "REAL" CHinese food is.

This is pretty much an average buffet place, serving up mostly Chinese and American food. Some of the food is outright horrible - last time I remembered, the pizza was to be avoided. Occasionally, though, they do get it right - the pasta was delicious. The price wasn't bad, either - it's about $9 for a child, all you can eat, and $11 for an adult, all you can eat also.

OH MY GOSH THIS PLACE IS PROBABLY THE WORST.
Okay, at first I thought it was great. The food was good, unlimited stuff to eat, yeah yeah yeah the usual buffet stuff. But then, right when I was about to leave, the food had a reaction. I'm definately sure it was uncooked!!!!!!
I've never had this reaction in hometown or in other buffets but this was just unacceptable!
But anywas, go at your own risk!

World Buffet is a great restaurant for the family. There are many different types of food. My personal favorite is their seafood. They also have great desserts including ice cream for the children. The only bad thing about World Buffet is the long wait so if you want to go come early!
