I have been a fan of Little Anita's for a long time. That is up until the last 6-8 months. We frequent the location on San Pedro which is close to the office. It started out with being treated rudely by the cashier, we later found out she was an owner. She actually complained to us for not getting separate checks ahead of time. We were not holding anyone up in line we were the only ones there. Then they started nickle and dimeing us about everything. When I inquired about why the prices on the wall were half of the menu price they said they charge more for dining in. When asked if I could get a to go cup for my tea they gave me a tiny little cup and said that is all they give out. I know they have plastic cups for take out. The next visit I asked when order for a take out cup to take my tea with me. She said they charged an extra $1 to get a take out cup. Why I don't know. I guess paying $2 for the tea in house and $1 for the cup was good business. I sent them an email about how disappointed I was with there service and never heard from them. We decided to give them one last shot and went back the service was lousy they truly have an "I don't care" attitude. They toss your credit card back at you when they are done. There is no customer appreciation what so ever.
