I love to visit Old Town and try to go when I am in the area. There are tons of stores selling everything from jewelry to chocolates. My personal favorite are the street vendors, they tend to be from the local pueblos selling everything from handmade jewelry to pottery. This is a great place to go and do some serious Christmas shopping.

We saw this group for the second time at another friend's wedding reception. They had some really wonderful music, everything from Phantom of the Opera songs to Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. We've never heard a quartet like them! Plus, they were very nice and professional people, too. We talked to them during one of their breaks and they were very friendly and seemed to enjoy telling us about their group and their music. They mentioned playing again in Old Town this Summer - we plan to be there!

Matt is extremely professional and fun to work with! His attention to detail made it very easy to see why he is one of the best DJs in the state. His extensive music library was great because it made our music selections better and more personalized. I will recommend Matt to anyone I know who needs a DJ. We have had people come up to us weeks after the celebration telling us how much they enjoyed our DJ. Thank you so much!”

We take our kids here each and every time we visit my sister. usually twice a year. It's a very fun place with lots of neat and interesting things to look at. They have several wonderful exhibits and beautiful gardens and ponds. Makes for a fun, relaxing family outing. Great gifts shops and a nice little cafe as well, all of which is very affordable.

The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is held every October at Balloon Fiesta Park. My sister lives in Albuquerue and attends this great fiesta every year. We got the chance to attend one year as well and it was fantastic.
The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is host to over 1000 hot air balloons each year! The balloon glow is an amazing sight and an experience that I will remember for a lifetime! It's great to see the glow from all those baloons and to feel the hot air in the midst! The balloon races are a fun things to watch as well, pick your favorite and see if it will win!?
More than 1200 balloons launch from the grass-covered field at Balloon Fiesta Park. It's a great place for adults as well aschildren and you can always find great opportunities to interact with pilots and their crews as they inflate and launch their balloons from the field. They are always happy to show off their hot air balloons and pose for photo's!

I took a ride on the Tram last October for my birthday. This is a great way to see the mountain side. The views are beautiful as you soar high above the ground, if you are lucky you may even spot some wildlife (on my first trip we spotted a bear). Once you reach the top there is a restaurant where you can sit and have a nice meal or there are hiking trails so you can continue to enjoy the beauty of the mountain, this time close up. Whatever you decide to do I highly recommend staying to watch the sunset, and once it is dark seeing the lights of Albuquerque is quite breathtaking.

I have been visiting this museum since childhood and have not grown tired of it yet. As you enter the museum you are greeted by the dinosaurs, seeing just how tiny we are compared to these beasts from the past is awe inspiring. One of my favorite things to do in the museum is to walk through the volcano exhibit. The Natural History & Science Museum will be enjoyed by all young and old.
