We have decided not to take our kids to Moptops. On our first visit to the Cottonwood Mall location, we found they were closed on Sunday, while every other business there is open. We have never been to a mall where the store were allowed to be closed during regular business hours so we had no reason to think they would not be open.
The next day we sat on hold for over 20 minutes to leave a message. Someone called us back and made an appointment for us, so we planned our entire evening around the visit, had supper at the mall (again) and when we arrived, no one could find any appointment for us, so apparently the person who made the appointment forgot to write it down, or she doesnt know how to use the appointment system. We have two small boys and getting anywhere is very difficult and is a major production.
It was a major inconvenience for us to visit the mall twice for no reason, and none of the employees there seemed to care, and were totally apathetic and basically tried to avoid the issue. I wouldn't bother, folks, unless you like being treated like a nobody.

My 3 year old son absolutely hates to have his hair cut. The stylist at Mop Tops did an amazing job of keeping my son occupied. Even when my son was ducking and swerving, the stylist was able to keep up. It was the first hair cut that my son survived without having a crying spell. We were very happy to have a clean cut little boy again! I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a scared child.

I took my 4 year old son here and my 2 year old daughter about a month ago and what a great place for kids cuts. It's catered especially to the children and they have a fun time and get a great hair cut. And the prices are very reasonable. And the stylists are to die for - they are awesome with the kids and really interact with them! I highly recommend this place!

I have taken my 7 year old brother here to get his haircut here multiple times and he LOVED it. The staff here is so friendly and their attitude is awesome. I can't imagine how hard it must be to cut children's hair but they are always so upbeat and happy. They do great work too! Everytime we go my brother is happy with the results.

At Mop Tops, you child will get a great hair cut and have loads of fun at the same time! They have fun little chairs for them to sit in and fun, colorful aprons to keep the hair off of their clothing! Afterwards, they get to pick a prize out of a huge treasure chest!
