Don't let the lack of Chinese people fool you - this place has great Chinese food. I love the appetizer dishes. I always get rice when i get my appetizers - otherwise I can't handle the spiciness of the food. My favorite dishes are the chicken appetizer and the beef tendons. Both are super spicy. I was not impressed with the unspicy food.
PROS: Yummy spicy food
CONS: Can be too spicy

This place provides fresh, tasty and organic food. I am always satisfied here. The food is nothing less than flawlessly good.
Service is friendly, the atmosphere is nice and peaceful. This is one of my favorite places. The food is not served quickly, as they do not use microwaves. It is well worth the wait.
Most dishes are in the $10.00 per plate range, enough to serve two people. The eggrolls are very good: not greasy and piping hot, with a delicate flavor. They do not need any sauce, which is good because there isn't any.
Cash only..they said they would eventually take cards.

actually I have been to this place twice and will continue to come back. First time was at their sushi bar and with the owner/sushi chef Kenny. I tried some of his halibut and his salmon and it was awesome. He even taught me how to eat nigiri sushi properly (fish side on the tongue) and the different tastes and textures of different fish. if you're doing sushi and sashimi, def sit at the sushi bar.
if not sushi, i was very pleased with his bento combinations. 1st of all, his dishes are very aesthetically pleasing. 2nd of all, the quality of his ingredients shines through. his marinated miso sea bass was very tasty and creamy and his beef teriyaki was actual ribeye so it was very flavorful and tender.
Def new fave place for sushi & japanese food
Pros: Quality ingredients, Knowledgable sushi chef, great combinations
Cons: parking, sushi bar a little too open for me.

I live about 5 minutes from Zaki Kabob House but had ignored it for its first year, thinking it only served meat dishes and I'm a vegetarian. However in the past few months, this place has been packed every time I've driven by. Finally on Wednesday of this week my curiosity got the best of me and I stopped by after work. What a great decision that was! Yes it was packed but I got mine to go. I had the fava bean salad, which is not a salad at all but a warm dish of poached fava beans marinated in some savory herbs and spices, stewed tomatoes, and olive oil. I had never had anything like it before and I just gobbled it up. Last night some friends wanted something healthy, and I couldn't get the fava beans out of my mind so I took them there. All agreed that the pureed lentil soup was the best we had ever had, anywhere. One friend who was completely unfamiliar with middle eastern food didn't really like the fava beans but the rest of us did. I had the moujadara, which is poached green lentils and rice with sauteed red onions. Everyone at the table loved it. I don't know what spices they use there, but the flavors are just delicious. The meat eaters among us had the shredded chicken breast which is marinated in herbs and spices overnight, and the rotisserie chicken. They gave both the big thumbs up. We also thoroughly enjoyed our tabouleh and our baba ghannouj.
Service was a little slow to start, but picked up after awhile. This is a family run place so not everyone is experienced in waiting tables. Last night they had a middle eastern trio playing, which added to the festive atmosphere although admittedly was a little loud as this is a small restaurant.
Overall, a fabulous meal and experience. All of my friends said they would be back. And I will definitely support this small business owner in my neighborhood!
Pros: Fava Beans, Lentil Soup
Cons: Can get crowded and noisy

I have diner here tiwce now and both times was very pleased with the food and the ambiance. The staff is great & they have a solid wine list. I had dinner here a few weeks ago. I started with the baked oysters. They were good, not great. My dinner date had the Bibb Salad and thought it was great. The mustard chicken was especially delicious. I hadn't had that juicy or tasty of a piece of chicken in some time. Liked it a lot. We also tried the halibut. I was huge fan of it. It comes with mashed potatoes, asparagus (both sides were perfect) and a bbq dipping sauce. Try it out! This is a very good restaurant. One that not a lot of people know about. Check it out before it gets very popular, which I anticipate it will if the food continues to hold up.

I have not actually eaten inside the restaurant, but this place has become one of my ultimate favorite take-out thai cuisine! A friend of mine recommended this place to me when I was really wanting some green curry one evening and didn't feel like cooking. It was wonderful! NIce and spicy! Just like I like it! I asked them to make it extremely spicy. It was full of chicken and the amount of curry they gave me was more than what I had anticipated. I definitely got my monies worth! I would recommend ordering ala carte and making rice at home, if that is an option. I have tried a few other things off the menu, but the green curry is my favorite! Bon Apetite!

This is my husband's and my "official Thai Restaurant." All our friends know this. I love their Panang "J" (with tofu) and Nuer Pra Ram Long Song (beef with peanut sauce). They give you lots of vegis steamed to perfection and the brown rice is delicious. I simply cannot go to this place and not order dessert. We get Fried Bananas with Coconut Ice Cream and share it... Also the Mangoes and Sweet Sticky Rice is very good. Some times its a toss up.
The prices are very moderate for such healthy delicious food, and the service is always friendly.

This place is open 24 hours and never messes up a donut. It's a great place to meet late night for some chit-chatting in a no frills, brightly lit donut shop that's one block from the police station so it's safe. To top it off, they tend to throw in an extra donut or few into an order.
Pros: parking lot, yummy french donuts, fresh
