Albany Bowl is located on San Pablo and I went here for a school club event. It is a nice place. The workers are really nice to the students and they have many lanes and video games to play with, including simpsons video game and DDR. The facility is not exactly new but it still feels pretty clean and the rates are really good.

Albany bowl is a fun place to bowl. It is really active and busy. Both bowling leagues and students alike enjoy taking advantage of the promo nights that they have during the week. The decor makes you feel like you've just walked into a really bad retro music video. The bright lights and loopy retro era colors make your eyes spin.

Walking into the Albany Bowl is like a walk back in time. From the old neon lights on the outside of the building to the grungy bar inside, Albany Bowl is like a trip into a 70's movie.
They even have the pro shop where you can purchase a "glitter ball" and pom pom socks!
The food at Albany Bowl is particularly good for a bowling alley. They have Thai food, but they also have the regular greasy spoon items as well, such as chili cheese fries.
They have league nights and the infamous "rock and bowl" with loud music and black lights for the disco generation.
