After using Silver Bluff Animal Hospital for the past six years, we have just taken our business elsewhere.
Why, you may ask? Well, it's because we're tired of getting nickeled and dimed to death...and waiting an hour and twenty minutes after our scheduled appointment to be seen.
This company would be the best vet in town if only they understood the least bit about customer service.
Running behind? It happens - but tell your customers that you're running behind when they come in expecting to be seen relatively close to their scheduled appointment time.
And, if you're going to do anything past what the customer was expecting to be done, let them know what it is, and what (if any) the charges will be.
It's not that difficult, but obviously, it's too difficult for this company.
