Partners Restaurant is THE place to go if you're looking for a great restaurant with decent prices and have a hearty appetite. Portions are huge, and really yummy too! Cream cheese stuffed french toast, sausage patties made from scratch, omelettes made to order and wonderful muffins, who could ask for more?? Check them out, they're open for breakfast and lunch... you won't be disappointed!

We went to Ayre Real Estate for our purchase of our first home a few years back and our agent was really helpful. She was prompt, prepared and friendly. She was very available to answer questions and to help make our closing go smoothly and later, after the closing, she stopped by with a welcome to the neighborhood basket filled with wine and cheese and little extras, etc. It was really thoughtful of her! Although it was our only encounter with her firm, I ran into her at the grocery store 3 years later and she was friendly and recalled our transaction those years before. She's really on the ball... and that's a must in her profession!

The Agawam Family Cinemas is what we call the "dollar theater." They show only two movies at a time, and the movies were in the theaters about two months ago. The prices are much cheaper than the showcase theater, I think it's less than $5 for an adult ticket. The theater itself is old, but not quite old enough to be kitschy - 80's looking.
