The Catfish House is a bit off the beat and path, but it is a great seafood place. The atmosphere and service is first class. I have always lived over an hour away, but it is worth the drive. Warning - of the dishes are fried fish. But they also have some grilled shrimp which is a favorite of mine.

The lunch buffet is $4.95 and the dinner buffet is $6.95. All drinks are $1 with free refills on tea and soft drinks. The dinner buffet always includes friied shrimp and boiled shrimp. They feature great salmon fish for lunch and supper. Come early for the lunch buffet when the food is nice and fresh, 11:30 - 12:00 A.M. They also sell many Chinese items at very reasonable p;rices.
Pros: Extremely nice family, Very reasonable price, The soups

Harveys supermarket is a nice place to shop to get almost every thing that you need . Their prices are great and you do not even need a value card to recieve them. They have fresh meats and a butcher is always there to take your requests on any meat that you might need. They have just re arranged their store and now have a section that has lots of items for $1.00 which is really helpful and the items range from pet food to to tupaware.
The only downer is their customer service, the cashiers are not always happy to be at work. However they do have baggers that eagerly take your grocharies to your car and will help you find items in the store that you need.

I HAD A GREAT TIME AT MY VISIT AT THE HAPMTON INN. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND CURTIOUS. THE ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN AND NEAT, AND IT IS JUST A GREAT ENVIRONMENT TO RELAX IF YOU ARE ON VACATION OR EVEN IF YOU ARE THEIR FOR BUISNESS.

This restaurant is located near the Dairy Queen in the old Pizza Hut building. The food and service is good here and the prices are fair. It is a good experience eating here. However, if you want real Mexican dining experience, I recommend the new restaurant in Sparks, GA, located on U.S. 41, about 5 miles north of Adel. They even make their own Tortilla chips there and the owners and nice and friendly.

Dorsey's is a great lille family owned supermarket. They have fresh meats, fruits and vegetables, and all your basic grochary needs and they also sell gas and is usually cheaper than gas around the town .
Their staff is friendly and helpful and always willing to put a smile on your face.
The only think that is unwelcoming in this store is the smell. They do have fresh meats but the smell is overpowering.
