I love our downtown Acworth and try to find shops, stores and services there before I check anywhere. I am always thrilled when the service is great like at Jones Tire. Prices were competitive and maybe even a little less than at the chain stores. It's always wonderful to support a small business and it's even better when the experience you have with them makes it worthwhile to get off of the main strip where all of the big "mart" and chains are.

This Oreilly shop is not like the bigger conglomerates, that's what we love. The staff is so helpful and suggest many different solutions to our car problems. They take good care of their customers, they consider them to be a commodity not like the bigger chains. It is really a nice change. They also have a great location on Old 41.

I stopped in to look at a Tahoe listed on autotrader.com. I was greeted by a sales man by the name Jerry. Jerry was very pleasant to deal with and allowed us to take the Tahoe out for a long test drive without complaining. Jerry followed up and was very patient and low pressure.

The first time I took my wife's car there they diagnosed a problem and did not do a certain repair that I thought was needed, saving me some money.
When I took my truck there later, to get routine service, they supposedly repacked the wheel bearings and serviced the brakes. 3 months later my wheel bearings were worn out and my brake master cylinder needs replacing. So much for certification.
