Monica is a fabulous massage therapist and varies her work as requested or as needed. It's diffiult to explain but polarity centers you in a way that's quite remarkable. An hour or hour and a half with Monica and you'll really be de-stressed. She's the best, a true professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to her work. I highly recommend you goive yourself the gift of A Joyful Awakening.

I really enjoy Monica's polarity treatments. She takes the time to really listen to my goals and concerns and the massage itself is deeply relaxing. I always leave with reduced stress and better clarity and focus. Her office setting on the water is so conducive to relaxation and letting go. It feels like I've been on a mini-retreat from daily life!

The whole setup is relaxing and peaceful?. I have had the opportunity to know Monica for a few years and have experienced many incredible massages with her. She not only has a great touch but a tremendous knowledge of the body that develops over years of practice. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a massage.

I have been recieving massages from Monica for almost 8 yrs now. She is very professional as well as very personable. Her new office is in a very serene location on a lake. I feel very comfortable and relaxed as soon as I drive into the parking lot! The office is neat, clean and refeshing. She plays a calming cd of sounds you would find on the lake. I feel I am laying on the shore as she does her work. And she does that work very well. Always makes sure you are comfortable and not in pain. She does an amazing job and I will continue to see her for my future massage needs!

Monica has been giving me massages for many years now. I followed her from where she worked before because she is so good. She takes the time to chat with you before the session to see how you are doing and what you need worked on. I never feel rushed and feel she really cares about my health and well being. The setting is comfortable and quiet. I often fall asleep during the massage. I have had massages by others and she is one of the best!!
