Effective. Professional. A+ 7/6/2012

I was looking into chiropractic about 1.5 years ago and I heard from a coworker that they went to Bly-Hillman and liked it. At the time I had no idea the impact Bly-Hillman would have on my life. They fixed problems I had without drugs (or the associated side effects) that MDs failed to fix with a variety of drugs and side effects. Even though I'm still aging, I feel better than I have in years, and I just keep improving. I see Dr. Bly, and he has earned my trust and respect. When I need medical help or advice I go to Dr. Bly first, before my MD. Everyone in the office is always very professional, courteous, and accommodating. I can't think of anything remotely negative that has ever happened to me there. Use the coupon on their website and at least have a consultation and hear what they have to say. They might just change your life like they changed mine. more

Great care! 7/5/2012

Have had a back/neck problem for many years. Moved to Bloomington area and was disappointed with the first chiropractic office I went to. My husband went to Bly-Hillman and recommended I try their treatment. Love the equipment they use rather than traditional manipulations, which always caused me to tense up. I have never felt so good! Daughter suffered with headaches her pediatrician couldn't resolve. Just a couple of visits to Bly-Hillman Chiropractic, no more headaches! more

ALWAYS behind 7/5/2012

The office was always behind schedule. On multiple occasions I waited 45 mins to an hour past my scheduled appointment time. Almost every time I waited at least 15 mins past my appointment. They try to fit 3 people in every 15 min. time slot - it doesn't work. I saw Dr. Bly for almost 10 months and didn't have any improvement. I was actually feeling worse. After asking the Dr. if it was normal for me to have been going for so long and still not feel better, I was told no. Only then was it suggested that maybe I have some other testing done at my regular doctor office. The front desk staff is very friendly, but the Dr. will just push you through as quick as possible to get to the next patient. I wish I lived closer to my previous chiropractor! more
