WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, WILL NOT RETURN..\r \r \r First experience was very pleasant... The owner took care of us and I was very satisfied with the worked performed.. Anyways.. about 6 months later and the tint starts to peel on the vehicle. They did replace under warranty but without giving an extended one year warranty. Also, customer service sucked.. The second time the employee was very inpersonable and seemed as if they didn't care. Yes they were cheap, but quality is very poor, spend an extra 50 bucks and go to Artistic or Blackout window tint. Both are way better than this place. more

BAD WORK 9/16/2011

Sure the price was cheaper than the competitors and they can ""squeeze you in right away"" but they take no pride in their work! I see I'm not the only one who had the problem with it being done when they said. I dropped my car off at noon and it was said to be done around 2:30 - 3pm. My ride had to be at work by 5pm. A little after 3pm I called to see how long it would be and got answering machine so I left a message. An hour later I called again, same thing. I didn't get a call back until about 4:45 saying it was done and I had to be there by 5pm to pick it up!!! REALLY? When I got there at 5 on the dot I looked at my car and it was covered in solution from the tinting process, dripping down my car all over the place it looked terrible. It was even on the inside of my car on the leather all over the place. I asked the man why it wasn't at least wiped off, they do detailing there they should know not to let a car off the lot looking like that due to their work! People should leave feeling proud of their car! He said he usually does wipe them down and didn't know why the kid who tinted it didn't do that. After I got home I noticed two 3"" long, deep scratches on the rear leather seats and one very large 8"" scratch, maybe from a tool sticking out of his back pocket as he glided around my beautiful seats... Of course I got the run around after this.... This is NOT acceptable! more

Horrible customer service, communication and scheduling 7/2/2009

Very dissatisfied with customer treatment I received from them. I scheduled an appointment to have my mother-in-law’s car windows tinted on Saturday. For the first Saturday they called and asked to reschedule it, ok, I rescheduled to do it the following Saturday at 9 AM. Dropped the car off at around 9, the whole thing was suppose to take about 2.5 – 3 hours to be completed (around noon). While they were suppose to work on it I was driving around and waiting to pick it up and proceed with my plans for the day. Drove by at around 1 PM (AN HOUR AFTER it was suppose to be done) – the car was still outside as I dropped it as nobody touched it yet; I called in to ask why it’s not finished yet, they said “We had to proceed with customers who waited inside”. Wow. Ok, I asked when it’s will be done and got a response that right around 2:30 when they are closing. Ok, I saw that my plans for the day won’t happen so I waited more. Came over to pick it up at 2:20 and to my surprise car wasn’t anywhere near to be ready; they just took it to the garage. Wow. So nothing was done and my plans were screwed. Thank you for horrible service and wasting most part of my Saturday. Will never do anything with them again and will not recommend it to anybody. Great service 7/11/2008

I have been very happy with the service at Ziebart. The manager, Jason Patti, is friendly and helpful. I had a remote starter installed in Dec. During the installation a small piece of plastic in the door was cracked. Jason pointed it out and offered to replace it or provide another service. I opted to have the interior of the car detailed. When I took it back in, I decided to have a sunroof installed, and I have been very happy with it. Today, I took a second car in to have a sunroof installed.
