The Hill area of St. Louis boasts a number of fine Italian restaurants. Yogi Berra and Joe Garagiola grew up in the neighborhood, which was settled by Italian immigrants. Zia's is a great example of the genre. Not too expensive and not too laid back, it's a comfortable, approachable restaurant where the food is the reason for its success.
