Zebb's Deluxe Grill And Bar

I have never been to zebbs before. And I will never go back there. I've heard some great things about this restaurant, so I figured my family and I should try it. So me, my husband and my 2 year old daughter walk in, there are 4 different girls standing around the hostess stand. We walk up to them to be greeted, they say nothing. They just stair at us like we were interuppting them. After standing there awkwardly for a minute or so, I smile and say ""hi, I would like a table for 2 please and a booster seat for my daughter"" they all seemed to be disgusted by us. One of the girls even gave my 2 year old a dirty look and rolled her eyes. While the other 2 turned there back on us while werr talking to them. Anyway, the one girl walks off to our table in a hurry, we follow then says ""so, do you guys need a booster seat or something?"" I said ""yes please"" she proceeds to huff and puff roll her eyes and walk away. Me and my husband looked at each other and said let's go. We left, called the manager to make a complaint, I don't think anything will really be done. But i will be sure I never go there again, and tell everyone I know to never go there either. more

I don,t know how they do it , but they make the best burger in the world. Their ribs are also great. The only thing wrong is the service is lousy sometimes. But with burgers that good, who cares Pros: Best Burger and reasonable prices Cons: lousy service sometimes more

Went here about 6 months ago to celebrate a friends birthday... manager was very rude and not accomidating at all. Made us feel really uncomfortable for have a large party. WE even called their head office and they tried to offer free meals, but it was such an awful experience we threw out the free vouchers! Pros: Nothing Cons: BAD BAD Customer Service. more

I don't bother eating burgers unless they're the best of the best. Grampa, for all his misgivings, made scrumptious burgers, the only reason for which he is (fondly) remembered. \r \r So Zebbs, to someone such as I ,who has lived in innumerable places, eaten astounding amounts of good- and bad- burgers--is not only NOT a chain (Rochester, Syracuse and Buffalo are frankly local) but is also Grampa-good. \r \r Small is small-- medium is perfectly sized; they always do the cooking as you ask. The rolls are homemade (holy crowly); the fries also beyond fresh. You actually sit among the bags of flour and potatoes that they use to make the food; no BS. As for the condiments,they're horrible, truly. But don't let that stop you from going. The best burgers I've had in Buffalo. Just bring your own Weber's pickallili or polish pickles. You won't get those here, but my, my, what great burgers you WILL get. \r \r In my rating system, pairs with Ted's Hot Dogs. So, run, do not walk. One of the few places you can still get a burger cooked as rare as you wish. Seperate toppings bar where you can slather on any # of your favorite toppings. Sized to your taste as well. If you're into fries as a side you'll also be happy w/these. flavorful and fresh. All beverages (alcoholic and non ) are good as well. Crowded only if you need to eat at normal dinnertimes. Zebb's has the BEST MILKSHAKE'S that I have ever had - they are AWESOME!!! Their burgers, fries, and cookies are also a must! The food, service, and ambience are all well worth a visit for!
