Went in for IT Band hip issue and got a treatment to eliminate the tightness on my outer left thigh. Felt better immediately, giving sense of relaxation; improved movement (I'm primarily a tennis player, but also good for cycling.); and lessened back pain. Good job Joe! With regard to other ailments, I got treated for a pulled hamstring, and they helped me get good enough to play for my team and win! We then went to sectional playoffs. Pros: Treatment Works Again! I've been to a lot of physical therapy places for a prolonged series of injuries, but no place has impressed me more than this one. The staff at Zarett really pushed me, and used their knowledge and positive attitudes to help me heal quickly and effectively. They have a very holistic approach, focusing a lot on core exercises that help the whole body heal and strengthen as a system, as opposed to some of the other places that i have gone to where they focused on one body part at a time. I got very fast results at Zarett, and would recommend it to anyone that wants to heal quickly and get on with activity. Plus, the therapy sessions are some of the best work outs i've had in awhile. After having back surgery, I had been to several different rehab facilities without success. After finding Zarett rehab, my back finally improved. As a physician, I have worked with many professionals, and he is simply spectacular. Joe Zarett uses many modalities in his treatment regimen, including vigorous exercise and more passive modalities like massage and heat. He believes that exercise and strengthening are crucial in the rehabilitation process. His goal is not only to treat the problem, but to prevent it from returning. He employed asian scraping to improve vascular flow to the area of scarring on my back. My back felt better and the dark discoloration in the incision disappeared.
