Yu Hsiang was under different management for awhile. It has been restored to its original owner and the food is terrific! We love going there. Our favorites include the steamed or fried pork dumplings -- they make them with a very, very thin wrapper, making them not doughy at all -- the soft shell crab, the steamed pork buns, the fantastic sauteed string beans and the Mongolian lamb. Although I am recommending these dishes, everything I have eaten there since the management change has been outstanding. Besides good food, the restaurant is easy to get into and has a comfortable sound level. Go and enjoy!
