Yong's Tailor

HORRIBLE! First of all, their English is terrible which they use for their convenience when the situation is not good. I took a suit to be altered (made smaller) so it fit better. I got it back and I swear that they had absolutely not done a thing to the suit so I took it back. The second time was better but it still was not to the standard that it should be for a professional tailor. Then they had the nerve to charge me for the second alteration to fix what they did not do correctly the first. I would never go back to these people as they do terrible work and then want more money to correct what they didn't do right the first time. I should have known when I walked in the first time to turnaround as they clothes they were themselves were ill fitting and should have been a good sign of what to avoid. PEOPLE...do not go here as there are other good tailors in Dallas that will stand by their work. more

Abosultely the worst tailor on the planet and can't speak english. I took 5 pants in to simply adjust the waist. Upon pick up, I tried them on. All were 2 inches too small! Mistakenly I paid him for the work, but he took the pants back for further adjustment. Upon my return one week later, all were 1 inches too big! Really?! My third trip back, all finally fit.... THEN HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR THE PANTS?! What?? Had no record of the charge. I had to bring him a copy of my credit card recipt to prove it. Do not go here whatever you do. more

I've been going to Yong's for years and sent many of my friends and family, too. They RUINED 3 pairs of pants that needed minor reweaving repairs and charged me $97. It will easily cost me three times that amount to replace them more

I have come here many times. I like the quality of their work and it is always on time as promised. Pricing is ok. Very convenient location/close to work. They have some difficulty with English, but if you write things down you can communicated better. Pros: good quality, lots of parking Cons: not really more
