Crappy Service- Wrong Shipment 1/15/2009

Ladies, NEVER order from Little Folks if you plan to receive the correct item! I deliver tomorrow AM and today I received a stroller instead of the Chicco KeyFit 30 Infant Car Seat I ordered! Now, I have to file the claim to get my money back, ship that damn stroller back and stress out about buying an infant car seat from the local store just so that the hospital will release my baby! more

We actually first encountered Little Folks, when we ordered something from then online and it was delivered the same day! We came back because it was the only place we could find "stroller weights" to keep a stroller from toppling backwards, when you pile bags on the push bars. The service at Little Folks is fairly New York, by which I mean somewhat indifferent but expert. Anyway, they are a small shop (at least Compared to a behemoth like Buy Buy Baby), but one with a high percentage of quality stuff. Also be aware that they're not open on Saturdays (the ownership is evidently observant Jews). more
