Excellent work, and good price 9/19/2009

5* star rating! I have 5 Toyotas, drive to this place from Santa Cruz for all my repairs. They are good in diagnosing the problem right away and fix it right at the first time.I can wait for the repair while take a nice walk to Castro street for a lunch . Zoltan more

Yarnell's 8/16/2005

Low prices, but have had bad luck with them. As the shop has grown, the quality of work has dropped: Oil leak problem - they claimed to have replaced the valve cover gasket, but only added sealant. After service, engine was dirty from coolant and smelled when hot. Had to clean entire engine compartment. Replaced brakes at 90k miles, but need new ones already at 126K. (we're not hard on the brakes) I don't recommend them if you're looking for quality work. Low prices -- they have. more

Excellent Service and Quality 8/5/2005

After visiting many other auto repair shops, I've settled on Yarnell's for my '99 Camry and '91 Corolla. They're honest people, they won't fix something that isn't broken, and they do a good job fixing the right things. My Camry was making a grinding noise and other shops recommended replacing the shocks, but it turned out to be another (cheaper to fix) problem that Yarnell's did a good job with. The only caveat about Yarnell's is that they're not the cheapest shop around. But I count on them to find the right problem and do a good job. more

Trustworthy, helpful, and fair 3/8/2005

Yarnell's was the first service I thought of when I started with Judy's Book. I've taken my 4 Runners and my Lexus to them for over 10 years and have always been satisfied. They are very conscious of cost, sometimes recommending that I not do work when they didn't think it was necessary. more

I once dropped by with a problem and they insisted on looking at it and fixing it while I waited. I highly recommend Yarnells. more

Friendly people, work completed on time, things done right the first time; The shop is clean as a whistle, they care about their customers, and they know everything that there is to know about maintaining and repairing any vehicle manufactured by Toyota or Nissan; You may use my name. Dale and Eddie Yarnell and Trevor Dehart all know me. Dan Ciccone also does a fine job, but I don't think that he knows my name. more

Best I've found in the area in terms of convenience, location, price, knowledge, fairness especially as it related to repairing Toyotas more
