Exceeded my expectations. Friendly,helpful and knowledgeable receptionist. Very patient with all my concerns. Cleaning crew - professional, careful and very efficient. Our rose colored wool carpet ( 20 yrs. old) has been restored to almost new and our microfiber sofa and recliner ( very dirty ) does look showroom new! Unbelievable more

Excellent care of special fabrics 8/21/2008

We used Yaeger Rug & Furniture to clean our wool area rug recently. Someone had spilled some red colored drink on it, and I had tried everything to get it out. Unfortunately, I should have called Yaeger first---they were able to get the stain out easily, but my efforts damaged the fibers. Next time, I'll call them first. more
