I was in the neighborhood and decided to take a look. They greeted me the moment I walked in the door. The associate asked what I was looking for in an invitation and pulled books that she thought I would like. Even though she knew I was just looking and not quite ready to make a decision she was exceedingly nice and very helpful! more

Horrible customer service !!! Rude- disrespectful to customers- Sloppy careless work - ignorant employees seem to go out of their way to cause people grief- One employee even is openly contemptuous of shop OWNER - Could not believe a business like this is operating in our fine city. more

I do not recommend anyone set foot in this so called business. Customer service is so bad it is pathetic- Directly insulting- Have lived in and/or shopped in this town my entire life-- NEVER seen such a badly run business-Or such rude employees - Work product they turned out was sloppy. My fiance and I went in yesterday to look at options for custom invitations as I have my own design on a flash drive. When we got there the two women working there were already helping other customers so we decided to look around. We found a few blank cards against the far wall but they were labled small and large ( I was looking for 5.5 X 4.25). One set of customers left and the salesperson asked if she could help us. We asked if she knew the size of the cards that we were looking at and she said a number much larger than what we needed. I said, aloud, "I'm looking for 5.5 X 4.25". The salesperson said "oh", and walked off. She went to the center counter where the other salesperson was and began giggling and texting on her cellphone. We stood there for a moment thinking that she was coming back and she never did. My family has used Write Impressions to purchase invitations for two weddings, two wedding showers, two rehearsal dinners, two bridesmaids luncheons, three baby showers, countless Christmas Parties, Birthdays, and Thanksgivings. more

I'm a bride to be, scheduled to marry my best friend in November, so my mom and I went to Write Impressions last weekend to pick out and order wedding invitations. Our experience was terrible from the moment we stepped foot in the door to the moment we left. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young lady who sneered at us when she asked if we could be helped. We told her what we were there for and she proceeded to take us to the row of wedding books so that we could look through them. I asked her if she could grab a book from the top for me since I'm very short and she replied, "umm those aren't for you. they're VERY expensive". I was very hurt. My mother and I are not rude people so I politely said thank you anyway and went about my business. Mind you, my mother and I are very well dressed, well mannered people.. I appreciate her trying to save us some money, but I had asked her to get a book down for me, not how much the invitations in the book were. Then, three girls came in and she immediately started to ignore me and my mom and turned to help them. They all sat and laughed together while my mom and I stood in front of them searching, with no help, she never asked if we NEEDED any more help, etc. I was so very excited to pick out my wedding invitations and this girl working at Write Impressions ruined it for me. So, I got all of the information of a specific invitation that I loved out of one of their books, called my grandmother who just happens to own her own print shop, and had her order the exact one I wanted; thank goodness for my sweet grandmother and her helpful, sweet attitude. I will never buy anything from Write Impressions or step foot in there again, and I encourage others to do the same. more

I'm not going back and I'm not encouraging my friends to either.\r \r Half of my stationary was smudged, it was done in the wrong color, and there was a minor typo. They used my cards that I brought in, and never apologized for the errors.\r \r When I pointed out the problems, I said "I know it sounds small..." and the girl said "yeah." Then I said "..And I know it sounds stupid..." and her response was "Yeah, it DOES a little." I didn't get the feeling that they took pride in customer service. The girls were all making faces at each other when I came in, and I was very uncomfortable. The owner also never apologized for the problem or asked me what happened, even though I had called ahead of time and asked for the opportunity to explain it to her. To be fair, they did give me half off when I pointed out the flaws, and printed on a few more of my cards to replace the smudged ones.\r \r The cards were fixed, but I will find another place to do business from now on. more

I like to purchase my children?s birthday invitations from here and they have a good selection but if I bring my children in with me they do not want to help me. Their personality changes every time I go in and I do not like it when someone ignores me because I have small children. Pros: Great assortment of cute invitations Cons: Poor Customer Service more
