We are having to buy a water softner AND water filter for our whole house. Horrible bacteria and compan over treats with bleach so bad you can smell it when you turn on the water. Husband was out of work for 3 days sick as a dog and I needed to make payment 9 days after the due date, rep said they would come cut it off. They have no customer service, no website, and horrible crappy water at that. We have been with them for 2 years and never been late not one day with payments. It's me, my husband, and my 2 young children and our bill is NEVER consistent and is always over $100 in a new construction. We come from a different county and had an older home and never paid over $13 a month.........seems fishy to me! To go from $13 to OVER $50 a month is ludacris! They should be prosecuted for price gouging! Pros: it's water Cons: you have to spend thousands just to make it drinkable......much less usable for showering. more

Terrible Service, Technology in the 1960s 7/24/2008

I totally agree with the previous poster. This is the most frustrating utility company I have ever been forced to deal with. They have no customer service. They don't even have a website. They are run by country bumpkins and it is very apparent every time you deal with them. more

worst public utility ever 4/22/2008

I have never been more frustrated with a public operation. They are simply dictatorial. I had a problem with the way they read my water meter last summer. We thought it was resolved. Today we find that it wasn't and the office staff was dismissive and rude when attempting to explain our concerns. When we asked what could be done, they basically said nothing could be done--do it our way or else! They know they have you trapped b/c you need water. more
