Wood Blind & Shutter Factory

This company installed my blinds 8 years ago (17 windows) and the price was remarkable. The blinds, shutters and ""eyebrows"" they custom made were beautiful! Also, service was fast and courteous. I have not had any trouble with my blinds; now, after 8 years, I called them for the first time to come adjust 3 blinds and I got the same prompt, courteous service. Unlike the previous review, I found WBS factory to be easy to deal with, courteous at all times and my home is now fitted with wonderful stained shutters. A 50% deposit seems the norm for this industry - can be a somewhat risk particularly if you have a large house with a significant amount of windows but I felt comfortable with WBS given their established track record and my research when shortlisting prospective companies. \r \r Delivery and install was a little over a week late but hey, we've just been through a hurricane, and does a week really matter when you're going to be enjoying the shutters for the next 20 years ???\r \r would highly recommend WBS - thanks guys ! They came by our house, not sure why I even handed over 850 dollars (asked for half). The catalogs they did have were torn and messed up. They never showed us what our blinds would look like. Now they have our 850 dollars and they're not returning our phone calls. Do not give these guys any money. Hopefully they will call us. more
