they don't like anyone who has 1 late payment and refuses survices even though you don't owe anything. they try to get you to pay in advance and they try not to accept your insurances. worst doctors in the area. do not go to them more

the first review i read was strange to me..i have been going to this clinic since march and the front desk ladies are nothing but sweet to me and always smiling. i have had to wait in the waiting room but when it was my turn i got their full attention. i am a high risk pregnancy because i am pregnant with identical twin boys..well on may 8th 2008 i went in for a routine 2 week check up and found out twin b had died..Dr Fassler was so kind and so were the staff.. he made all the needed extra appointments for me at fetal medicine,blood work,etc. Dr.Fassler is a very kind man..i see him once a week and he is watching my pregnancy carefully to make sure twin a makes it, and of course he cares about how i am doing and how i am coping with the loss of one of my twins.. I will be having my baby at the birth center at valley medical and the staff was informed of my loss before i got there to recieve the beta shots for my son's lungs to mature them just in case he is born early..Again dr. fassler was on it.. he made sure they knew and they were very nice to me and spoke highly of him..so i say that women health specialist may be alittle busy and you may have to wait.. but..it is worth the wait when you get a doctor who cares.. more

This facility lacks professionalism and customer courtesy. I had two prenatal appts. here with Dr. Olsen before I had to change doctors to a different practice. I'm even more convinced of the poor quality based on my experience at my new ob's office. (who are wonderful...nice front office staff, very punctual, made ALL my prenatal appts. in advance at my first office visit) For each appt. it was about 2 hours from the start of my appt. to the time I left. (Note: The doctor was with me for about 5 minutes at each appt. so most of the time was WAITING....waiting in the the waiting room, waiting in the exam room, waiting after the doc. says I'll be right back as I sat on the exam table! It was so frustrating!) And the office staff was not very helpful/not very nice. During the times I was in the waiting room (about 45 minutes each time) they did not let me kwow the dr. was running late or would be with me shortly. I had to ask them several times when I would be seen without much of a courteous response or even an apology. The first appt. I was requested to come 15 minutes early. I did, then I waited in the waiting room for over an hour. The second appt. I was running 5 minutes late. I came in to an empty waiting room and still waited for 45 minutes more. I addressed this with my doctor whose response was basically "I heard you were late today." FIVE MINUTES!!! I waited 45 minutes!! No apologies, just excuses. My only positive feedback would be when I went to complain to the office manager, she was understanding and apologetic. Other than that I would highly recommend avoiding this place! If you're looking for a better place try Associated Valley OB and GYN. Pros: there's a little tv/play area for kids if you have to wait around for over an hour Cons: not punctual, unfriendly front office, overall poor service more

I met Dr. Fassler when I was having a miscarriage and he was the doctor on call. He has a very good beside manner and made my husband and I feel like we had hope for the future. When I get pregnant again I plan on seeing Dr. Fassler. Pros: good doctor, positive Cons: rude staff at desk more
