I finally decided to break up with Women's Care Specialists because every time I called the operator was so rude. She just always seemed so frustrated with you on the phone-- unreal. I called to schedule my first prenatal appointment and was unsure which doctor I wanted to use. I had been using a doctor at the practice previously, but she did not specialize in OB. I told the operator I was unsure who I wanted to use and she snapped at me, "Just choose one." I don't want to have to be harassed every time I call by employees like this so I am going to find another doctor group.
