Wolf Gang's is a great basic gym. They are focused on strength training, and it shows. Cardio is not high end, but is more than sufficient. The staff is fantastic - the personal trainers are excellent, really willing and able to help no matter what your fitness level or needs. They don't offer a lot of classes, so if you are looking for that this isn't a great choice. On the other hand, if you aren't into that, this is a really motivational, very economical choice. \r
The facilities are clean, though some equipment is worn (but well-maintained).

Cons: few classes, limited cardio options
