Bought a vehicle from this dealership, put me 7000 in debt was never able to drive it, started having problems the day after I purchased it. They refused to repair it. I spent 1800 on a warranty and with my paying for repairs and the warranty paying as well I spent another 1800 in repairs. These people do not care about the customers, the General Manager called me and was really rude. He defended the lemon he sold me. I took the vechile back 12 times and they still did not fix it. Don't buy from this company. My vechile was purchased at the used car division, Auto First. They will give you rentals while they pretend to repair your vechile. Once they get your money they don't care. Salesman, Sales management, Service manager, none of them will care. Excuse is all you will get. Go to Gossett Kia they will treat you well. more

I had a terrible experience with the Service Department! After 2 hours I still could not get a shuttle ride home and I had my 2 grandchildren with me. I am about to buy my 4th Honda, but am seriously reconsidering just because of the terrible service department. I finally gave up and brought my unfixed car home. No one their really cared. more

If there was one, I would nominate Wolfchase Honda for a HERO Award for properly diagnosing and fixing my daughter's car. My daughter's 2004 Honda had an unknown problem with her manuel transmission and we had the car towed to Gateway Tire. Gateway Tire attempted to take advantage of our daughter by grossly mis-diagnosing her transmission problem. Gateway quoted $1400 in repair costs. We were told the car needed a new slave cylinder and clutch kit with a 50/50 chance of also needing a fly wheel. Gateway Tire's customer service representative could not answer even basic questions about the diagnosis and refused access to the mechanic for more information. The customer service representative told us the mechanic would be offended by having to explain his diagnosis. We did not feel comfortable doing business with Gateway and had the car towed to Wolfchase Honda. The final bill from Wolfchase Honda to fix the problem was $75 to bleed air out of the clutch line. Thank you Wolfchase Honda for saving our daughter $1325! more

NEVER buy from Wolfchase Honda 4/20/2011

After looking around Memphis for a good dealership, I thought I had found one at Wolfchase Honda. I was greatly mistaken. I was told I would qualify for 0.9 financing and when the papers were drawn, it sky rocketed to a 10.29. ARE YOU KIDDING?! I put 4k down and have a good credit score! These people are a bunch of liars and dont deserve a dime. While trying to contact my salesman, Curt Peterson, he continued to hang up on me every time I would ask him about the situation. Also, management was apparently off that day and I am still unable to get ahold of anyone. DO NOT go to Wolfchase Honda. I got a better deal at Dobbs Honda!!! more

Wolfchase Honda Sucks! 4/12/2011

After looking around town for the best offer on an Odyssey, Wolfchase Honda seemed to be the best deal. We called them back and told them we wanted the van. We went the next day to do all the paper work only to be told the van we looked at was already sold. No problem they could get us another one from another dealership tomorrow. 6 days later we still did not have a new van. They were "Trying" to get us one from out of town. Oh...there is a $300 docking fee! Hell No...We went elsewhere and got the van off the parking lot from Dobbs Honda! more

Awful Service, Incompetent Business 11/3/2010

Attempted to negotiate for an internet purchase. In response to his/her poor attitude, he told me "If you do not care for my price, attitude, etc. then do not purchase from me. Plain and Simple." Well, I would encourage others to do likewise. I would avoid this dealership like the plague. Based on my experience and that of others I've read, it simply isn't worth the headache. more

Bait & Switch 3/25/2009

The sales mgr quoted us a price then we drove over an hour to sign the papers. Once we arrived they told us they could not sell it to us for the price and it was $1500.00 different. We tried going up the chain of command but they refused to tell us who the boss was. I am telling everyone I know to never walk into this dealership. We went to Dobbs Honda and they treated us soooo much better. more

Don't. Just don't. 12/11/2008

The salesman lied to me to get me to come it - both on the agreed to price beforehand and the documentation fee. Negotiations went badly and if I were smarter, I would have walked. They didn't put the right price on all the paperwork and I was charged too much. To make matters worse, the salesman lied to me again on whether I had the free oil changes for life and they only gave it to me when I rated the company as a 1 out of 5 on the Honda survey. An icky, icky experience. more
