I can't comment on the food because we left before they asked for our order. That was an hour of my life I'd like back. more

I enjoy dining at many exquisite locations around area where I live such as Burger King, KFC or McDonalds. I would have to call myself a obsessed educated restraunt critic since I dine at restrants every now and then. SO Instead of having my birthday party with my family and friends at Pizza Hut like I wanted, I was tricked into to dining at this posh restraunt, and promissed soooo much fun! At any normal restaurant, you get a greeting and you get your change and food in under 3 minutes, no tip, no one pushing you out and sometimes, they bring you ketchup or a napkin or somethink nice. This restraunt was lame and my parents got mad because all the poeple that work there are mean. We just wanted cokes and food, not wait and wait and wait for stuff. I wanted a cake or icecream. I hate my birthday this year, it was really lame. Pros: I guess it is by the water, that is cool for adults? Cons: The poeple are mean and dumb more

In a quaint bayside town that's industries is driven by tourist you would think that you would find impeccable service from a staff that was pleasant and understanding. Not the case at the Windship. What I have read so far from the other comments are no surprise. I am going to name names, Enrique the bartenders is one of the most despicable human beings on the face of this earth. Never ask him to help you. Not only will he yell at you that you should not expect any service because they are the busiest restaurant in Sausalito. But he will insult you infront of everyone in the restaurant and will call you a liar when you confront him that his behavior was uncalled for. Oh and as for the manager, he was one of the worst restaurant mangers I have ever encountered. Instead of trying to find out what was going on trying to fix the situation he just exacerbated the situation and made it even more insulting and horrific. Even if you are starving and this is the only restaurant available DO NOT EAT HERE. The next restaurant has to be the better option! Pros: DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Before you consider to buy this place, take into consideration the ratings... As an ""investor"", first visit (as a guest) and determine if it is the kind of money you want earn or risk your money into... Don't get smoked by the owner or the pre-warning of your visit...
