Customer Service Grade F 5/22/2010

So they are less expensive. So what? The customer service is some of the worst I've seen. You know the old adage ""The customer is always right."" At wink the customer is always wrong and they will argue that to the death. Argumentative, aggressive up-selling, inconsistent staff, I could go on and on. At the end of the day...go somewhere else, the extra cash will be worth it! Cons: Aggressive upselling, staff, pricing more

beautiful lashes 4/27/2010

Since becoming a Wink customer, my eyes have never looked so beautiful. Their service is wonderful. I think their pricing is the best around. I recently had my make-up done by a professional. She told me my lashes were the BEST she'd ever seen. She asked for Wink's contact info , so she could make an appointment. Pros: lovely, clean salon more

I Love them!! 4/16/2010

I went there a couple of days ago. The salon was extremely peaceful and the girl that did my lashes were really nice and she did an amazing job with my lashes. She did use my forehead to hold the lashes too but I think that's just how they do them. \r \r Pros: Skilled//Good Service Cons: They play the same music on loop more

Go somewhere else 3/7/2010

There was a fight going on when I got there. Some lady didn't want to leave a tip. They were cursing and screaming and I just wanted to get in and out of there. No such luck- I had to listen to this go back and forth the 1st 30 minutes I was there. The girl did my lashes with a very steady hand with my forehead as the receptacle to hold the lashes before she positioned them on my lashes. When she went to remove the bottom lash holder- my bottom lashes were glued to my top ones. She proceeded to yank them apart- PAINFULLY. I cried while this was happening of course. The end result was OK for the 185 it cost- I went to tip a 20 and the girl behind the desk said- thats not 15%- she calculated it (with an actual calculator)to be almost $30 for the tip alone. Thats just extremely rude. Im on the hunt to find a place for touch ups where I don't have to be scowled at when I tip a decent amount. Pros: Nice tech Cons: constantly upselling/fights happening/toopricey more
