worst $ spent on lunch, service was bad Previous customer had to ask for missing items, I had to wait 5 min. for left off soda which cost 2.50 and held about a cans worth, Ranch(signature) was left out of my to-go meal. I spent my 30 min. picking up one of the worst lunches ever. They need to get thier act together. Young pretty girls doesn't guarantee good service, check thier work history not thier bra sizes. more

Never in my life have I been so disappointed in the mangement as much as the food. \r We went in right before a big UFC fight to beat the crowd but I doubt they ever have a crowd. We ordered some swet and sour shrimp starters that were too sweet to sour, grosse. Then I ordered wings that were way too salty and my husband ordered the chicken tenders that are more like chicken nuggets. We werent going to complain but when the waitress asked my husband gave his opinion. She then sent over her manager who not only was arrogant but he tried to justify those chicken nuggets by claiming they were the the mandatory 1/2 ounce serving each. Craig (the manager) was rude and was in no way apologetic or understanding. If anything he was a ""wanker"".\r I do not suggest this place to anyone with an appetite or anyone who wants to be treated with respect as a person.\r Disgraceful. You couldnt pay me to go back. Sad, sad, sad. more

2 days after hurricane Ike not many places where open. So my girlfriend and I drove around looking for food we can take back home to our family. We saw Worms N More open and decided sure why not. We couldn't believe they had power, most places still didn't have any, but we figured hot food is better than can food. The place was crowed with people in line for take out. We wait and place our order. As we wait in line my girlfriend goes to the restroom. When she comes back she ask me to follow her. I do and she takes me to the door of the womens restroom. She opens the door and shows me these white worms or maggots that were crawling on the floor. I thought ok really dirty restroom lets go. But what I saw next was enough to make anyone yak. We could see a trail of these maggots/worms crawling into the kitchen. The kitchen door was open so we could see even more in there. We quietly called a manager to the back and asked for our money back. We over heard him ask one of this waitress' to watch us, I guess to make sure we weren't loud or let others know about it. He made us wait a while and then gave us a refund. As we walked out we see and hear him tell the guests that were eating in the dining room that they had to close the dining room. THEY STILL CONTINUED SELLING FOOD!!!! They didn't stop. Didn't close. Didn't refund or even tell anyone about the WORMS! Whats worse is that you can tell the place didn't suffer and damage from Ike so those WORMS/MAGGOTS where there before the hurricane!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! If I could give this a negative 10 I would. Pros: NOTHING! Cons: WORMS/MAGGOTS! and they KNOW ABOUT IT!! more

This is the only place i will eat wings. I drive from Intercontinental airport all the way to wayside for these wings!! The onion rings are perfect the sauce is just right and i never have an empty glass its a bit crowded at times but thats the price you pay for the best wings in houston Pros: Order a michelada Cons: sometimes crowded more

Food is great, but service could be better. Theyll get you your food and everything but refills on drinks and check are slow. Sometimes you do get a good waiter that is fast and relable though. more
