Helpful and Educated Wine Staff 2/21/2006

The Wine Merchant is located inside The Ridgewood Shopping Center in Raleigh. They have a dedicated and knowledgable staff who is always eager to educate the wine novice. Let them know your tastes and interests and what you will be serving with the wine and they will help you pick the perfect bottle. They have a large selection and are the largest wine retailer in the Triangle area. more

The wine merchant has a great selection of wine, and a really knowledgeable staff to help you find the perfect bottle. I'm a huge fan of just going into this store and chatting with the staff for a little while. They are all super knowledgeable about their wine, and can help you find just the right thing. more

Great small wine shop 6/20/2005

The wine merchant has a great selection of wines, esspecially for a wine shop of its size. When your looking for something special, give the wine merchant a try. The staff is pretty knowledgabl, and the store is usually empty enough taht tehy can give you a good deal of individualizedattention, so your sure to leave with taht perfect bottle more
