Window Wholesalers

We had windows replaced 10 yrs ago. Recently, a part broke. We called the office to request a replacement & were met with a horribly rude woman who yelled, insulted & eventually hung up on us. We can't simply buy the part. They send someone out for $250 PLUS the cost of the part. They do not conduct business professionally or fairly. I would not recommend at all. more

Let's start with the window installation in Nov. 2012. Jason and Steve were the installers. They were not the friendliest of guys, that's the first thing. The second thing is that Jason butched and cracked my sill on the front window, leaving me practically no sill at all. Then we got hit with Sandy and that brand new front window that was installed 2 weeks prior, leaked like a running faucet. I had to use at least 10 towels continuosly for almost 24 hours, needless to say my walls, window treatments, and carpet through my basement were a mess! I called Mitch and they did come back out and caulked an area they missed the first time. That problem was solved.....and might I add, the window is nice and tight! Then in January I had an entry door installed, repeat business. Fabulous door! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Had a problem initially getting someone to install a storm door because of what they said was an improper installation... hmmmm! Have to have a storm door! Went back and forth between Mitch and the contractor who was to install the storm door when I decided to go with a door company directly, and not a local store like Lowes, since Mitch couldn't refer or recommend anyone! That too took me by suprise, you're in the door business but couldn't assist in a storm door purchase! Finally found someone to do the install, has to be custom but you get what you pay for! That should arrive in a few weeks and I'm sure I'll be pleased. Lastly, I have to say that the woman who is the front line for Window Wholesalers...won't mention names ( Marcy) really need to be mindful that the customers are who keep them in business. The indirect sarcasim is unacceptble and will run good customers like myself away. But I must say after all the drama,at the end of the day I am satisified with the PRODUCT, but not the SERVICE! Cocky is more like it! more

On February 2009, we signed a contract to install windows in our home. Mitch Bloch, the owner, was very curtious and guaranteed excellent customer service and waranty on all our windows. Don't let his charming personality fool you! After spending approximately $10,000.00 on my windows, I noticed that the caulking was coming loose. I also started to notice that on windy days, the some windows in house whistled and hissed. Two of them being in my bedroom! When I called to tell them that this was happening, Marcy, the customer service rep, started screaming and yelling over me. I couldn't even get a word in edge-wise to tell her what the actual problem was. She just kept on interupting me and yelling other reasons the windows are whistling. If she listened long enought, she would have heard that I just wanted them to send a professional out to get me an opinion as to what might be causing this noice. After insisting I speak to a sane person, the phone was tossed to another rude person who told me that for a $85.00 service charge he would send someone out but not to expect to get anything out of it. In all my years of owning my own business and being in retail, have I ever met a more rude group of people. Mitch promised that this company has been in business for 20 years and that they take care of their customers. I couldn't even get Marcy to listen to my complaint, never mind take care of it. They are basically raving lunitics who take your money and then feel they have the right to treat you like a piece of garbage. I'm so disappointed that I can't even get a simple request addressed. Furthermore, I am furious that they feel they have the right to blatantly disrespect their customers! more
