He wanted us to be happy with the product we were buying and there was no pressure or hard sale. He explained as much about the car and all it's features as he could and provided us with several links that contained videos and more information about the car and it's features. He stayed in contact with us after the sale to make sure we were happy with our new car and to answer any questions we may have had since we had a chance to drive and experience the car. Went to Wilson County Buick Chevy GMC to look at a Buick Encore for my wife. Liked it brought my wife in to test drive the car William decided to tell my wife that her 2011 KIA Optima was a throw away car. This was UNSAT and you should never ever say anything about another person car. My wife was upset and we decided to leave and go to Hyundai because they had a Tucson on the internet for 19,100.00 and she loved the car when we sat down to do the finance they came back and said that the internet price was wrong and took it off the internet and wonted us to pay about 24,000.00 for the car. I looked up the VIN on the internet and found three other websites showing that Hyundai Tucson for a little over 21,000.00 come to find out that the Hyundai is the part of the Wilson County Buick Chevy GMC company I am not happy with the service and in my opinion do your homework before you go decide to work with Wilson County Buick Chevy GMC Hyundai. Because they said one thing and mean another.\r On the bright side we went to Martin Kia and got a nice KIA Sportage walked in got more for the trade in than what Hyundai offered by 1,000 dollars. We said this is the price we would like to pay and that is what we got good interest rate and we are very happy. \r Thanks Wilson County Buick Chevy GMC Hyundai for being the way you are because we now have a great throw away car.\r more
