My husband and I take our family to the Stage Stop for every celebration that comes along. In recent years the prices did not go up, but the steak size decreased. Now you cannot get a rare or medium rare steak because they are so thin, by the time they are seared, they are cooked through. $24-$28 for 8 oz. of tough, over-cooked meat, some ice berg lettuce and a potato is too much. The waitress was indifferent last night and my daughter-in-law and I were both sick all night and missed work today! Stop at the bar, they pour a good drink, then go over to Twin Oaks for fine dining.
