I purchased 3 birch trees a few weeks ago from Willow Gardens Nursery. Unfortunately two of them went into shock. I attempted to speak with the staff at Willow Gardens to see if they had a 30 day guarantee on there trees and possibly get an exchange.
Not only did they refuse to exchange them, but I looked at Lowes and Home Depot and found out I could have gotten them for $20 dollars cheaper.
Most of their trees at Willow Gardens are $10 to $20 more than Lowes and Home Depot stores and plus they guarantee their trees for one full year at Lowes.
Save yourself the trouble and money by going somewhere else.
