As soon as you come in your given a menu. Once you have decided what you want you go to the order window and place your order. You get your own drinks and sit where you like. The service is prompt and the plates are abundant. I usually order the pork ribs. They are meaty and just fall off the bone. If you order mashed potatoes as a side, they are real potatoes not the fast mix . The sauce has a little bite, not overpowering. You are given extra sauce for dipping.I recommend Willies if your up the Eagle Nest and Angel Fire area. We always go there for the Fourth of July, and when family come into town. Willies has also burritos and catfish for people who do not want to try bar-b-que. They also have a big roll of paper towels on the table, but most of the time you will licking your fingers because it is so good.
