After ordering a ""snapper - willie gs"" style (i.e. plain snapper with lemon butter sauce), we were served a different dish for twice the price. The night manager, said it was my fault and that he was being nice by letting me return the dish. I was about to leave when the bar manager, a true professional, Marvin, intervened, served me the dish I ordered, and allowed me to keep the other. The night manager returned to remind me that he was being nice even though it was my fault for ordering (?), and proceeded to snatch the old dish away from my fiance who was holding it in her hands. Let me say this: There are limits to the amount of outrageous behavior I will tolerate from anyone, especially those charging me $32 for fish I didn't order. This is no way to run a business.
