I must start by saying that my review is strictly about the service department at Williamsburg Honda. We did not purchase our Honda Pilot at the particular Honda dealer so I can't comment on that. Our Honda was under warranty and we were having air conditioning problems so we made an appointment for our closest Honda dealer which happened to be Williamsburg Honda. They were nice enough when we dropped off the car but never called to let us know what was going on. So when we called back they were of no help, and yelled at my sister when she got a little ticked off and asked what was going on. After they "fixed" the problem we had to take it to another Honda dealer to have it actually fixed. We contacted them with our concerns but the calls are never returned. Very unprofessional dealer.
