I waited over two months, calling every few weeks, for Kilian to complete a repair request authorized by Weber. Store employees apologized, saying the repair person, the owner's son, wasn't likely to get back to me. They said they could do nothing about it.
When I finally called Weber to complain, they told me the store had contacted them on my behalf, without my consent, saying I returned my grill and canceled the service request. There's a disfunctional situation Weber needs to address fast. Weber owners beware.
