Will's Carpet Care

I recently purchased a foreclosed home in Round Rock. The carpets were filthy and had ripples throughout the home but didn't look too old or worn out. The appraiser told me that he didn't think they were salvagable, but I thought they might be. I called Will and had him come out and take a look. He and David cleaned and stretched the carpets in my entire house and they look almost like brand new. He saved me the thousands of dollars it would have cost me to replace them. He got them really clean and they look great. Thanks Will and David. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I will definitely use Will's Carpet Care again. Highly Recommend! more

I have used several different carpet cleaning companies in the past and haven't been overly thrilled with any of them, so I decided to give Will a try. He was friendly, accommodating, prompt and most importantly, did a great job. We have two dogs and a toddler, so I feel the need to keep the the little carpet we have in our home, as clean as possible. I'll be sticking with Will! more

Will can do carpet miracles. Worn stained carpet not only looks new, it also smells great and feels soft on your bare feet. He also helped me with a slab-up solution to a real pet disaster. It is easy to schedule work with him, he always shows up, and he's always on time. His services are quite affordable. And, he's a very pleasant guy, too. I recommend him wholeheartedly. more

I have been using Will for our carpet and upholstery care needs since 1999. He has always been extremely prompt, courteous, professional, responsive, and extremely competent. I have referred him to family and friends and they love him as well. His technique restores our carpet to looking new without leaving any kind of residue behind. The house smells wonderful for days too. I can't believe how reasonably priced he is also... in all these years, he really hasn't raised his prices very much. We've had occasions when the dog got sick (don't want to get too graphic) and Will has been able to come on an emergency basis. Stains that I thought would never come out were gone when he was finished. I will always use Will's Carpet Care and I highly recommend him!!! more

Very professional individual, prompt, and knowledgeable on subject that ranged from cleaning traffic areas of carpet to tough pet odors (from treating the slab up) - this guy is amazing! Will knows so much about different upholsteries - including leather furniture cleaning & care. Will was on time & alerted me to any additional creative solutions to keeping cleaning costs to a minimum.
