If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is a total sham. Bad Salesmen will lie through their teeth in order to get you in the door. Once you are in the door the whole story changes. Thats what this place is and unless you like to do the runaround dance with these guys, I recommend you stay away. A few things they will tell you. #1 They say they can undershoot every other honda dealer in the city because they are the largest. While they may be the largest I was able to find 2 other dealers in town who shot lower than they did.....PLUS I got an automatic for their ""GUARANTEED"" lowest price in town. #2 - they charge a destination fee of appx 750 -850 bucks. This is a fee that if you call them on it they will try to disguise many different ways. For me after negotiating a car, I was told that they negotiated based upon the assumption that we wanted a manual transmission and the automatic is an additional 850 bucks. But they would ""knock it down to 800 for me"". So despite the fact that we were VERY CLEARLY negotiating the car that MY WIFE TEST DROVE, they still tried to pull this crap . #3 The internet salesman will try to discuss deals wtih you OVER THE PHONE and then when you show up, look you in the eye and deny everything . Good thing I didnt waste more than 2 hours of my life in this place. If i stayed 5 hours I cant imagine the amount of lies and shams I would have been told. Just like Vegas wasnt built on winners, while they might be the biggest show in town, they didnt build that empire by giving you the best deals in town. They built it (in my opinion) by looking you in the eye and lying to your face. They built it by wasting the consumers time and by dirty sales tactics and sleasy manuvering. more

Recommended to me by a relative. Chad seems to like what he does and where he works and knows not only his own product but the competition as well! We will be back for more and will spread the word. I had an issue in the service department and he got involved and made all the arrangements. Chad did not let us leave until we were satisfied. He went over and beyond what we expected. It is this reason why we continue to come back to Wilde. more

We absolutely loved everything about our buying experience at Wilde Honda. This was my second purchase from them and I received the same excellent service. The salesman was attentive and informative without being pushy. They worked within our budget and did not try to encourage us in any way to go over. When we asked them to work with us on different scenarios, such as lease vs. buy they not only gave us both options but also worked up three different lease options (12,000 miles, 15,000 miles, 18,000). This allowed us to view each choice and really helped in making our decision. During this entire process everyone involved from sales to finance was extremely patient and so very willing to answer any question we had. Got the vehicle I wanted with the features I needed and nothing extra was forced on me. Will buy all my Hondas from this dealer in the future. The entire experience was pleasant. And, I will definitely recommend this dealership. more

Just purchased a 07 Honda Civic EX coupe. The transaction went smooth and Jim and Curt were awesome to deal with. They don’t put pressure for a sale at all. Gary in finance was great at explaining the different warranties and found one to my liking. No pressure at all as I said before. I would recommend Wilde Honda to anyone that’s looking for a pre-owned or new car which would include neighbors,family,friends and coworkers. If your looking for a dealership that treats you with respect and doesn’t pressure you into a sale breakaway this is the place to go. Sales rep even showed me the service area which is impressive as well. I will be sure to get all my service needs done at this place. This was an amazing experience and I cannot thank the entire staff enough for helping me find this awesome 2007 Civic. Thank you guys for everything. more

This had to be the most hassle free used car buying experience I ever had. It was a pleasure working with Jim. I will definitely recommend Wilde Honda, and especially Jim, to my family and friends when they are in the market for a car. His style was very low-key and there was no attempt to pressure me in any way. I would recommend them to anyone. The whole transaction went very smoothly; from trading in our Toyota to purchasing our pre-owned Honda. He offered me more for my trade-in than I expected. I’m very pleased with their customer service and the follow up call I received asking me about my experience. I really feel that Wilde Honda cares about their customer service. That’s really a hard thing to find these days with other car dealers. They are also only dealer in state of WI that received Honda Presidents Award. I just wanted to start this review off by thanking my good friend named Julie! If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have known how good of an experience I could have at a car dealership! Sounds shocking right? Seriously the staff here nailed it, I forgot who my salesman Mr. Warren said was the boss but the G.M. approached me himself and personally thanked me for giving him the chance to earn my business. He literally made sure that I was fully satisfied and that if there was anything at all he could do to make it a better experience to just say it. I kind of wanted to take advantage of it but it was hard too considering how polite they were to me. It's a blessing to walk into a dealership smiling and walk out smiling. I've heard so many bad experiences that people have had at other dealerships that it excites me to be able to feel so good about referring people to Wilde Honda. I'm on my third Honda and this is the first time I came here. Schlossman's treated me terribly compared to Wilde Honda. 5 stars! A+ service all around! Pros: awesome experience more

My experience would have to be an 11 out of 10 because that's how good it was! I heard from a friend of mine that the best place to purchase an automobile is through this store. It's perfect for me, the staff, the selection, the location, and the variety made it so hard not to leave without a car. The best thing about Wilde Honda I'd say would have to be my full experience. I couldn't be happier because I know I got a smoking deal right off the bat, the vehicle I purchased was cheaper than buying it private party and it was Honda Certified! That alone is sooo sweet because I have soo much extended warranty remaining on my vehicle. The salesman by the name of ""Bucko"" was just awesome! He got me a lower payment than I expected and he hooked me up with crazy incentives! Stuff I've never seen dealers do before, they had the vehicle completely re-detailed, rebuffed, and they gave me 3 keys with my car! I even got a fantastic amount for my trade that no other dealership was even close to giving me. They really showed that they cared about making sure I was satisfied! Everything was solid about Wilde Honda! My service was great, my salesman was so helpful. He literally worked harder than I've ever seen any other salesman work. Matt was his name, and if I remember correctly his manager's name was Rodrigo. Very friendly people, pretty much did whatever it took to put a deal together for me. My credit isn't the greatest so it was pretty much a miracle I got approved. No other dealership I went to could do that, they knew exactly what I was looking for, it was really weird! Sounds tacky but I felt like they were psychics or something, dude pulled up two cars right off the bat that were pretty much dead on to what I was looking for. I can't get over how happy I am right now. I've never been treated so great, nor have I ever been so satisfied, it's crazy!!!! 5 stars allllll day long! Last week I walked into the Wild Honda dealership and was immediately greeted by George Huzjak II who is a pre-owned car sales person. George was very kind and was able to help me find the right car in my price range. This was the easiest buying process that I ever had and I didn’t feel like I was pressured into buying. George was really interested in all of the needs that I wanted in a car and did an amazing job picking out the 2007 Acura TL that I bought. I was able to take multiple cars for a test drives until I found the right one for me. I have had the car for about a week now and haven’t had any problems. George also called me this week to thank me for buying form Wild Honda and to see how I was liking the new car. Also, Everyone at the dealership is “super” friendly and I was greeted with smiles every time that I came into the dealership. I would highly recommend going to George Huzjak II to buy your next car. I am going to recommend George and Wild Honda to all of my friends and family who are in the market for a vehicle. I came in looking for a specific car that had apparently just been sold, which was fine, but then he tried to get me into a Honda that I didn't want, and when he couldn't make the sale he brought over his manager. So I had two salesmen trying to sell me a car that I didn't want. Stay away. Pros: prices weren't bad Cons: They were trying to sell me cars I didn't want more
