The cafe has wonderful food. If you want healthy, innovative combinations that taste really good this is the place to go in Erie. The baked goods are fantastic - health conscious with incredible flavor. The coconut cookie was one of the best i have ever had. The people are friendly and the place is very clean. I love this place for the fresh produce and hard to find items that you can find only in health food stores. Fresh bulk bins carry everything from fresh spices to fresh whole grains. Carob coated items and dried fruits are some of the best in town. Both a cooler and a freezer help keep tofu items and vegetarian items available for those eating strictly vegetarian. A great selection of herbs, vitamins and other health related items is available and the help generally is quite knowledgeable about what they offer. While you can belong as a member, it's not necessary. Their small café offers a different style of menu and will also help you find new things you might like. Slightly eclectic and definitely not your average grocery store they offer a great variety of food items locally grown in the summer days and some of the best health foods and whole foods around! more

If you are into healthy eating and natural foods this is the store for you. You can become a member for a yearly fee and then get special discounts on your purchases. Otherwise you can still shop there but wont get the discount. They have all sorts of organic fresh vegetables, grains in bulk, and even a little vegetarian cafe where light fare is served. more
