Right in the heart of Berea, just off the Baldwin-Wallace campus, Whitey’s is the premier Army Navy surplus store in the area (especially now that Goldfish’s downtown location is scheduled to close). Being near a college campus, indeed less than a block from it, Whitey’s does a brisk business in backpacks and all manner of bags, and surplus sweaters, shirts and the like. BW might be a fancy private school, but most of the kids are as poor as your average college students saving their money for cheap beer nights at the Berea Café.
Stop in here for bargain prices on army surplus, and a good selection of new goods as well.
